Where we ship

New Zealand, Australia, the United States, Canada and Mexico. Every parcel is tracked.

Dispatch time

Every piece is printed to order. Most orders are printed and posted within 1–3 business days. Larger or custom pieces may take a little longer — we'll always tell you if that's the case.

New Zealand

$8.90 tracked, $12.50 for parcels over 1 kg. Free shipping on orders over $60. Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch. Rural addresses can take a couple of days longer.

Australia

From $22, tracked. Usually 5–10 business days.

Canada & Mexico

From $35, tracked. Usually 10–20 business days.

United States

From $42, tracked, with US import duty already included — we prepay it when we post your parcel, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Usually 10–20 business days. For US orders over NZ$150, please email us first.

Shipping is worked out by weight at checkout. International delivery times depend on customs and are outside our control. Apart from the US duty above, any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.
