About these terms

This store is operated by Formex 3D Lab, based in Auckland, New Zealand. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

All items are 3D printed to order. Product photos are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can look different between screens, and small variations in layer lines and finish are normal in printed pieces. Sizes given are approximate.

Prices and payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but never after you've placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout.

Orders

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item can't be printed as described, or if we can't ship to your address. If we do, you'll get a full refund and an explanation.

Custom orders

For custom pieces we'll agree the design with you before printing. Once you've approved it and printing has begun, the order can't be cancelled. See our refund policy for what happens if a custom piece arrives faulty.

Intellectual property

All designs sold here are our own original work. Our designs, photographs and text remain our property and may not be copied, reproduced or resold.

Safety

These are 3D printed plastic items. Some contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Our pieces are decorative and for play — they are not medical devices or safety equipment. Keep them out of hot cars and direct sun, as PLA plastic will soften.
